Take a couple of deep breaths.
Recall that you are in the presence of God.
You are loved and blessed.

Luke 18:7–8
7 And will not God grant justice to his chosen ones who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long in helping them? 8 I tell you, he will quickly grant justice to them. And yet, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

In this parable Jesus promises justice for those who cry out to Him.
The question is do we seek Justice? Do we cry out to God who loves us and He wants to do good things for us? Do we ask Him for Justice for ourselves and for all those who are treated unfairly? How strong is our faith?
When is the last time I prayed for justice for myself?
When is the last time I prayed for justice for someone else?

Pray to God, using these words or others as you see fit.
Loving God, you promise justice.
Help me be just in all of my dealings.
And help all those who are oppressed, and who need your help, your justice.
Thank you for all that you do for me.
Please grant me greater faith
That I might seek justice for those who do not have a voice.
Thank you your love and care
