Take a couple of deep breaths.
Recall that you are in the presence of God.
You are loved and blessed.

2 Timothy 2:8–10
8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David—that is my gospel, 9 for which I suffer hardship, even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But the word of God is not chained. 10 Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, so that they may also obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

The life of a Christian is not always easy. Some have been chained, and some killed for the sake of sharing the Gospel. But even during the worst of the persecutions, the Church grew. Tertullian said “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Church”. I am amazed by their love and their commitment. The shared the word of God. They shared His love, even though they did not always receive the love of those who they shared the message with.
What am I willing to endure to share the Gospel?
Who can I share God’s message of love with?

Pray to God, using these words or others as you see fit.
Holy God,
You have blessed me beyond measure.
You have promised me eternal life and a place in your kingdom.
And you ask so little in return.
Help me share your love with others.
Help me life a life that reflects your values.
Guide me to help those who need to hear your message of salvation.
And put into my mouth the words that will draw them closer to you.
