Take a couple of deep breaths.
Recall that you are in the presence of God.
You are loved and blessed.

James 1:2–4
2 My brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance; 4 and let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking in nothing.
When I face difficulties what is my reaction. Do I ask God to take away my problems? What if I viewed them as exercises that are preparing me for all the things that God would have me do.
What does God want me to learn, to grow, to do or to share? Perhaps it is only to put greater faith and trust in Him.
What can I learn from the trials I face?
How can I help others who face similar difficulties?
