Take a couple of deep breaths.
Recall that you are in the presence of God.
You are loved and blessed.

Psalm 139:1–3
1O Lord, you have searched me and known me.
2You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from far away.
3You search out my path and my lying down,
and are acquainted with all my ways.

God knows us better than we know ourselves. I find that comforting. He knows the good in me and he knows the bad. All of the bad, All of my mistakes. All of my sins. And guess what? He loves me anyway. He wants my best. He forgives my sins and he looks past my failures. He loves me. I can talk to Him. I can share everything that is on my mind with Him after all He knows it anyway.

How does it feel to be totally know, loved and accepted?
What can I do to be more loving and accepting of others?

Pray to God, using these words or others as you see fit.
Blessed Jesus, you know me and love me.
Out of love you willingly decided to suffer and die that I might be saved.
Thank you for all that you did and
Thank you for what you do through your Spirit.
Help me be more loving, accepting and forgiving of others.
Help me be more like you.
Help me to draw closer to You.
